We endeavor to process orders within 1-2 full business days and aim to have items delivered to you as follows: Estimated delivery times (business days).
Australian Shipping - via Australia Post
· Parcel Post: 2-4 Business Days (Price calculated at checkout)
· Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders over $60
· Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days ($11.95)
· Express Shipping is FREE for orders over $100
RETURNS
Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any open Products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any Product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your therapist.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Emphasize Advanced Cosmetic Studio will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:
· The product is damaged, or
· The product is faulty, and
· You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Emphasize Advanced Cosmetic Studio may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.
Emphasize Advanced Cosmetic Studio reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING
Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at emphasizeacs@gmail.com to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at emphasizeacs@gmail.com to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.
We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

Can I get a peel if Pregnant?
All peels are safe, however I would recommend avoiding the salicylic acid medium and strong peels.
Can I have a mask with Peels?
The only mask I would use after a peel is the papaya enzyme mask or collagen cream mask.
Can I get IPL hair removal if I have viragos veins or bruises?
I would advise not to treat directly over the area (veins or bruising) as it may cause discomfort for the client and could potentially exacerbate the conditions.
Can I get IPL hair removal if I have active ingrown hairs?
I wouldn’t laser or IPL over active ingrown that are red, inflamed, deep, sore. There is already inflammation present in the skin and adding more
inflammation and trauma to the tissue isn’t safe.
Consider the following to reduce ingrown hairs-
How old is your shaver?
What shaving medium are you using? (ie is it a body wash, shaving cream etc)
What direction are you shaving? – if its super thick hair, sometimes shaving against the hair can again irritate the skin and cause the ingrown.
What are you applying to the skin after the shave?
Are you exfoliating to help minimise the ingrowns?
Are you moisturising to make sure the skin is soft enough to allow the hair to not get trapped?
What is your skin like naturally? – if its naturally drier, we’ve got dead skin cell build up which is trapping the hair.
